Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery Costs:
Please note that from 16/06/2016 – 11/07/2016 we will be in the process of migrating to a new stock management system. As a result, our normal timescales, detailed below, for delivery of online orders will be affected. Every online customer will receive direct communication from our customer services department with anticipated delivery timelines for their specific order. We appreciate your patience during this transitional phase & will be offering free delivery sitewide for the entire period.
All orders are processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday-Friday excl. Holidays).
Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will not be handled until the following Monday.
Shipping and handling charges per. order is as standard R55- Standard Delivery
Standard Service Option
Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
Standard Service Delivery Times
Most orders shipped via Standard Courier Service are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions:
To the best of our ability all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in South Africa.
NOTE: only authorised orders will be processed and shipped.
All orders do require a signature upon delivery.
To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our Courier Company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
Some items sold by maccosmetics.co.za require special handling as specified by National, Provincial and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At maccosmetics.co.za, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside of South Africa. We apologise for any inconvenience.

M·A·C's goal is to offer our customers the very best cosmetics.
Should a product not live up to your expectations, you are welcome to return the product. Pre-approval with our Customer Service team is required: access our Standard Returns Policy for detailed explanations.
Note: only goods purchased via maccosmetics.co.za can be returned to M·A·C Cosmetics Online. All products purchased via one of our Free Sanding Store or Retail Partner location need to comply with their respective returns policies.

We apologize if your favorite M•A•C Cosmetics product has been discontinued. Please be assured that before doing so we take into account important factors:
1. Another similar product has been developed which we feel provides better performance.
2. One of the ingredients used in the manufacturing process has been discontinued by the supplier, and we have been unable to find a suitable alternate.
M•A•C Cosmetics offers makeup consultations at all of our M•A•C counter locations. Consultations offer you the opportunity to work with our professionally-trained M•A•C Artists. Go to our Find Stores page to locate M•A•C near you.
We are always in search of bright, energetic individuals to represent us. Unfortunately, we do not have an employment section in our Web site at this time.
While M·A·C does offer advanced classes for professional artists in select cities in North America, we do not have anything of this sort for aspiring artists just starting out.
For a Makeup Artist position within a Department or Specialty store that carries M·A·C Cosmetics, please inquire with the Human Resources Director of the store and indicate your preference to work at the M·A·C counter.
